Submit your photos, videos & audio
Got something from your club’s work to share? Send us photos, videos, audio or animation — large files welcome.
Upload your files to our Dropbox
Click the button below to open our secure Dropbox upload page in a new tab. You don’t need a Dropbox account, and you can upload several large files at once — photos, videos, audio, animation, or documents.
Files upload directly to Rotary Ireland’s Dropbox folder. They don’t pass through this website, so even very large files work smoothly.
Tell us a bit about what you uploaded
So we can match your files to your name and give credit where it’s due. Takes about a minute.

Common questions
What file types can I send?
Photos (JPG, PNG, RAW, HEIC), video (MP4, MOV, AVI), audio (MP3, WAV, M4A), animation (GIF, MP4), and documents (PDF). If you have something else, send it via Dropbox anyway and mention it in the description.
How big can files be?
Files upload directly to Dropbox so there’s no website limit — multi-gigabyte videos are fine. Use Dropbox’s native uploader; if you have a very slow connection, try uploading from a desktop browser rather than a phone.
What happens next?
You’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received your submission details. Our webmaster will then match your files to your submission, review them, and may follow up if we need anything else.
Do I need permission to send these files?
Yes — only send files you have the rights to share. If your media features other people, they should be happy for the images/recordings to be used by Rotary Ireland.
