Brand Design Review

Send your draft artwork to the District Public Image team and we'll check it for brand compliance — free, fast, before it goes public.

What it is

A second pair of eyes on your artwork

Most off-brand club materials look fine until they’re side-by-side with the official Rotary brand — and by then they’re already printed, posted, or live. Brand Design Review catches the small mistakes before publication, so your club’s materials look as professional as the work behind them.

The District Public Image team will review your draft artwork against the official Rotary International brand guidelines and send you back specific feedback — what’s working, what needs to change, and where to find the right asset on the Brand Centre.

Five working day turnaround. No fee. Open to every club in District 1160.

What we check

Six common compliance areas

Logo lockup

Correct version, clear-space rules, never stretched, never recoloured.

Brand colours

Rotary Royal Blue, Sky Blue, Gold and Cranberry — used in the right ratios.

Typography

On-brand fonts, hierarchy, and legibility across formats.

Photography

Authentic, high-quality, action-led, with people at the centre.

Tone of voice

Direct, confident, human — in line with the District tone of voice guide.

Format & output

Right dimensions for the channel — print bleed, social aspect ratios, web sizing.

How it works

Three simple steps

  • 1. Upload. Send us your draft via the form below — PDF, JPG, PNG, or a Canva/Drive link.
  • 2. Review. The District team checks against the official guidelines and prepares feedback.
  • 3. Get feedback. Within five working days you’ll get notes back by email, with specific changes flagged and brand-compliant alternatives suggested.
