Generation Chef only runs because colleges, clubs, and industry sponsors put time and resources behind it. If you’d like to be part of the next season, here’s where to start.
Enter a team
If you run a catering or hospitality programme at a further-education college on the island, your students can compete. The competition is currently open to colleges across the six regional zones listed on the Participating Colleges page.
Get in touch with the District Generation Chef coordinator to register interest for the next season.
Sponsor a regional final
Clubs across the district support Generation Chef in different ways — sponsoring a regional final, providing judges, helping run the day, or covering team kit and travel for finalists.

Back the programme
Generation Chef is supported by hospitality groups, food-service distributors, and brand sponsors who recognise the value of investing in the next generation of professional chefs.
